For many who are looking for a way to lose weight and increase their health they can be overwhelmed at where to start.  Today there are many different diet plans available from the Atkins Diet to the South Beach Diet. There are many different flavors of high protein, low carb diets, low fat diets, and 7 day diet plans. Often these diet plans provide conflicting information, making the decision even more difficult.

If you are confused, but you know you need to lose weight, then take a look at our easy weight loss plan. This plan can be used by anyone, is healthy, and doesn’t require you to eat only certain foods or to count every calorie.

1.  Water - the Forgotten Diet Necessity.

It is important that you drink plenty of water throughout the day.  Preferably you should drink at least 8 glasses.  Also it is vital that you drink water first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up.  Not only does this help a person to lose weight easily but it also helps to cleanse the body of unwanted toxins which can often help a person to keep excess weight on. One of the biggest benefits of drinking a lot of water is that it will help you feel full. Many times, what you think is a huger pang is instead a “thirst pang.”

2.  Organic Food

Include as much organic food in your diet as possible.  This includes items such as fruit (apples, bananas), plain yogurt, vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, peppers) as well as raw honey and meat and poultry. It is particularly helpful when you are dieting to eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as you can every day. They are very filling, but low in calories.

3.  Exercise

If you want to lose weight easily, you need to include some form of exercise in your daily routine. Try going for a walk in the morning or in the evening (or both). Work up to about 30 minutes of exercise each day and combine this with your revised diet. You will soon see the weight falling off!

4.  Meal Times

Another great way of helping you to lose weight easily as well as safely is by altering your meal times. For starters, eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, rather than just 2 or 3. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in these meals. This will increase your metabolism, aid your digestion, and keep you feeling full all the time! You won’t be tempted to snack on junk food.

An easy weight loss plan does not need to consist of restrictions to your diet or copious amounts of physical exercise.  Instead all you need to do is make small changes to your lifestyle and you will soon see and feel the difference that these can make.
